Your communication is terrible. Never confirmy order or sent a status update. When the patches arrive you have cropped out my company logo of the design making them useless. I have sent a form indicating this and I expect a full refund of my money. Update 10/21You actually saying that I have to pay even more to make sure that you print the complete design provided to you? Some how it is my fault for not paying more? It could not have been more clear, a promotional patch with ONE image and ONE text below (single word) and some how you decided that the text wasn’t necessary? Even in your website the file provided to you shows all the elements. If this is your way of apologizing for a mistake you are doing a terrible job.
