I am absolutely delighted with the product I received! The patches are even better than I anticipated, especially considering the intricate details. The patch has an unusual shape, and I was concerned about excess material in the empty areas. To my surprise, the cut was executed perfectly without needing to make any additional requests, and it looks just like the image I provided. The turnaround time was quicker than expected. Patch doesn’t match design and bad communication

Your communication is terrible. Never confirmy order or sent a status update. When the patches arrive you have cropped out my company logo of the design making them useless. I have sent a form indicating this and I expect a full refund of my money. Update 10/21You actually saying that I have to pay even more to make sure that you print the complete design provided to you? Some how it is my fault for not paying more? It could not have been more clear, a promotional patch with ONE image and ONE text below (single word) and some how you decided that the text wasn’t necessary? Even in your website the file provided to you shows all the elements. If this is your way of apologizing for a mistake you are doing a terrible job.

Ninja support is amazing! USPS, not so much…

USPS lost or damaged the package and Mercedes with Ninja Patch was more than accommodating, getting a replacement order generated right away! Disappointed the original shipping had issues but more than pleased with Ninjas handling of the issue.
