We sent in a simple, one-color SVG file of our logo and placed a +$400 order for patches, along with a simple note requesting a white background for the patch. What we got back was an all-white logo with parts of a black background. There was no confirmation, and no questions were asked at all.When we went through their "Satifaction guarantee" and explained the mistake, their 'support team' quickly explained we were the ones who made the mistake and they would give us a 50% coupon on our next offer.I've never had a customer support rep explain that the issue was the customer making a mistake and refusing to acknowledge any kind of error in a blatantly wrong product.Thank God for Amex. Won the dispute in about 20 min. What a joke of a company.UPDATE: Follow up phone call was to clarify we were in the wrong - offer was made to re-make them at cost. Reccomend doing business if you are on no time tables, like doing things multiple times, and enjoy working with companies who blame customers. Just read the other reviews here.
