I would give them a zero if I could. Terrible customer support and a broken message system (they send you messages and you cannot reply). Successfully traded using their platform for about 7 days, then they shut my account down because the new account team (who you cannot speak with directly) didn't like my response to being self employed. I gave them plenty of detail, who I was, where my money came from, etc. Instead of asking specific questions they said try again - too vague. I have money with banks and financial institutions all over the world, they should have tried harder to handle this. On top of that, in my first week of trading their service went offline for an hour. Hopefully there is someone better out there to work with.
