I have reached out to support with little help. I had 107 in my account and traded a single contract of MNQ, a sell contract, it hit $30 profit and when attempting to close the position it displayed an error message. When quickly restarting the desktop app, price was in the same place it was when in when I left, but my order was gone. When checking my account to see if it recorded the trade it had removed $70 from my account and there was no record of the glitched trade. Took $70 bucks and the entire sell contact record was gone. Support is asking for documents as if I have more information about their platform then they do and the record is missing. They won’t conduct simple P&L math on my account transactions to find the missing money and contract.
