I spent £240 on a birthday celebration for 13 children and was extremely let down. Our event was marked as hostless, even though the invoice was confusingly worded to imply a host would greet us. The food was inadequate: just two burnt pizzas for 13 kids, no additional vegetarian options despite having three vegetarians, and a 15-minute wait after repeatedly asking. I filed a formal complaint, clarified the lack of vegetarian food, and have not received any response since. Overall, poor value for the money and frustrating customer service. I won't return.
