I spent £240 on a birthday party for 13 children and was extremely let down. The event was advertised as having no host, even though the invoice suggested there would be someone to greet us. The food quality was lacking and inadequate: only two burnt pizzas for 13 children, no extra vegetarian options despite having three vegetarians, and a delay of 15 minutes after I inquired twice. I filed a formal complaint, pointed out the lack of additional vegetarian food, and have yet to receive any response. Overall, this was poor value for money and the customer service was very disappointing. I will not be returning.
I spent £240 on a birthday celebration for 13 children and was extremely let down. Our event was marked as hostless, even though the invoice was confusingly worded to imply a host would greet us. The food was inadequate: just two burnt pizzas for 13 kids, no additional vegetarian options despite having three vegetarians, and a 15-minute wait after repeatedly asking. I filed a formal complaint, clarified the lack of vegetarian food, and have not received any response since. Overall, poor value for the money and frustrating customer service. I won't return.
I wish I could give no stars. My daughter went out last night in Manchester, and her friend broke her ankle within minutes. The entire group was traumatized by the experience. There was no first aid available, and no staff seemed to know how to respond. It's utterly disgraceful. Regardless of any waivers, I will be pursuing legal action.
Truly appalling. I attended my daughter's birthday with friends. They were told they couldn't enter the inflatable area unless wearing specific socks. Some had different socks and were told they were 'too' grippy! I've never heard anything so ridiculous. We brought a cake but were made to feel like we were sneaking in contraband. They were upset when someone was late due to traffic. The inspection of our belongings felt excessive. I've seen cleaner places than these restrooms, and the hand dryers were ineffective. I will never return and will inform others about my experience.
We visited the Southampton location and found it clean, with friendly staff. However, not all equipment was suitable for the age groups allowed. We brought an 8-year-old who mainly used the inflatable area. Be cautious when booking online; their 'ninjas eat free' claim is misleading, as you still pay for food (a mediocre pizza for £9.50/£10). This cost is hidden in the ticket price. We went on a Tuesday, which was quiet, likely because their website states they are closed that day. Overall, a decent way for kids to expend energy.
I paid £4 for a 2-hour session for my 2-year-old and we only stayed for about 20 minutes. The only attractions were two 'obstacles' and a slide. My wife found a used bandage with blood on it. Some teenagers were recklessly playing in the area, including the baby section, which is supposed to be for 0-3-year-olds. I won't be returning.
There are not enough marshals, creating a health and safety risk. Kids are pushing each other while marshals look the other way. Your child could easily get hurt, and the Manager shows no interest in addressing concerns. Once you pay, you're not valued. Customer service at this location is lacking. I cannot recommend the Chelmsford venue due to safety issues. Seek another park.
We visited the Southampton location with friends on Easter Sunday and were pleasantly surprised they were open! The kids had a fantastic time and really exhausted themselves. The food exceeded our expectations and was reasonably priced. Special shoutout to a staff member who was attentive and made our experience enjoyable while managing a young team. He was courteous and engaging, leaving a positive impression.
