We were a party of over 100 attending, many with autism & additional needs paid for by a local charity! Check in was an absolute nightmare as they wouldn’t check any of us in until everyone had waivers in place! Most of the party arrived 30 mins before our time slot, had signed waivers, but all of us were held like cattle in a side section until some of the young people started to get distressed! By the time they got all the party through we only had 40 mins on the activities & no we weren’t allowed extra time to make up for their shocking customer service! They say they’re inclusive but what today showed me was they haven’t a clue how to accommodate those with additional needs! We regularly attend other venues with the same check in requirements, but have never had this sort of issue! So little thought & consideration for any of our party….. been once & won’t be going again!
