It’s just horrible a nightmare.. I ordered some Tatcha products as I heard so much about this brand and wanted to try it on.. the products arrived to Spain but couldn’t clear customs as they didn’t check before sending them if they can ship into Spain.. products are back to their warehouses and still they are holding my refund and saying that they are still checking.. Imnt sure if the money will ever be back into my account..
