It’s just horrible a nightmare.. I ordered some Tatcha products as I heard so much about this brand and wanted to try it on.. the products arrived to Spain but couldn’t clear customs as they didn’t check before sending them if they can ship into Spain.. products are back to their warehouses and still they are holding my refund and saying that they are still checking.. Imnt sure if the money will ever be back into my account..
They don’t deserve any stars. I feel they are a scam company. I ordered corded clippers costing £220 pounds. They sent cordless lightweight clippers worth approx £100. When I complained, they suggested i keep what they sent and they would give me a 25% discount on my next order. Are they joking?!!!
Ordering was simple, and the product arrived quickly. I ordered on December 4th and received it by December 24th, which made me very happy. I'm thrilled to find this product since it's no longer in production. It's my favorite lipstick.
