Beware! Fan on pro stopped working - I invested and use(d) both the precision and the pro and was seeing some improvement. However the fan on the pro stopped working so it gets too hot and turns off! I contacted Nira and was told they do not offer a repair service and since it is out of warranty they can only offer me a 10% discount on a new one! When I replied “wow” they responded that they can give me a 20% discount - which by the way is what they are offering new customers so no loyalty discount or anything that says “we want you to stay a customer.”I am not willing to invest another $500-$600 on a VERY expensive product that is only used a short period of time each day to only work for a couple of years! As a comparison, I have a coffee maker that cost 1/6th of this price, is used constantly and has been in use for almost 20 years.Very expensive for the lifespan!!!!
