I got a second degree burn on my face…

I got a second degree burn on my face after using the precision on the lowest setting. It worked OK for a couple of weeks, even though every time I was using it I was experiencing the suction and burning sensation for the first minute or so, but I believed this is normal. I liked the results under the eyes. However, yesterday the device burned my face. It is a second degree burn. I had a blister full with liquid on my cheek now. I took pictures and emailed their customer service. I hope I will get the refund immediately. Before that, I was thinking of buying the larger version, but I am happy I didn't. I will stay away from the devices and this company and go to my dermatologist for laser services.

Beware

Beware! Fan on pro stopped working - I invested and use(d) both the precision and the pro and was seeing some improvement. However the fan on the pro stopped working so it gets too hot and turns off! I contacted Nira and was told they do not offer a repair service and since it is out of warranty they can only offer me a 10% discount on a new one! When I replied “wow” they responded that they can give me a 20% discount - which by the way is what they are offering new customers so no loyalty discount or anything that says “we want you to stay a customer.”I am not willing to invest another $500-$600 on a VERY expensive product that is only used a short period of time each day to only work for a couple of years! As a comparison, I have a coffee maker that cost 1/6th of this price, is used constantly and has been in use for almost 20 years.Very expensive for the lifespan!!!!

No result

I have religiously used this device twice a day for a solid three months and have seen NO effect whatsoever, not even the beginnings of any improvement. If it takes longer for me personally to see a result,fine, but surely I would start to see a tiny improvement? If this company is selling a non existent result then they need closing down.

After being in touch with a customer…

After being in touch with a customer services representative 4 or 5 times, I’m still waiting for a returns label three weeks after the return was approved. I can’t print it, they said they would send one, I’ve asked 3 times to be referred to a supervisor and I’ve told them 3 times I have no access to print.I’ll be initiating a charge back on my credit card as the product has been unusable for more than 3 weeks and I have not been provided with a valid means of return. I have not had a response to an email sent 3 days ago. I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with a company that is so poor at after care.

Poor quality and poor customer service

I ordered my device in November after a few months the device stopped working I reported the issue and was asked to send a video. I was then sent a new device which I was happy about, the device came and the new device would not work. Contacted customer services again and advised the new device wasn't working. The customer service rep apologized and said she would send a third device. Very low confidence in the quality of the product for the price and requested a refund. Was advised I can't get a refund as it's over the 90 days, the customer service rep advise I could gift a new device to a friend.? I advised I didn't want a new device and as it's within the 12 months warranty and I haven't been able to use the laser within a few months I'd like a refund. I now haven't had any reply from the customer service team? So no working devices and no refund. Shocking

Nira is a HUGE disappointment!

On 20 May 2025, I received an email telling me that my order has been delivered but I didn't receive anything!Seven weeks later, after sending several emails to the customer support agent (Elisa), she wrote on 2 July 2025, "I want to assure you that your replacement order is being prioritized and is scheduled to ship within the next 48 hours. As soon as it goes out, I’ll personally follow up with your tracking details."Today is 7 July and I have not received any news!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service - They repeatedly charge my credit card for a reoccuring subscription that I cancelled. There is no way to remove my credit card information from their site. They don't answer emails or the phone. SCAM

Haven’t received Nira Pro 6 weeks after purchasing.

I have purchased the Nira Pro on the 13 of April and today the 20th of May 2025 has not yet been delivered. I have never encountered a company which is very quick to take the customer’s money and not deliver the product. After contacting customer service, they promised to sent the product in three different occasions and they never did. I do agree with other customers to stay away from this company.

Very Poor Order Experience

I ordered the two-laser bundle with the Mother's Day promotion. They were quick to charge me for $800+. 2 weeks later, nothing shipped. They sent out an email giving me an "expected date" to ship. That date came and went with no further update. I cancelled my order. I continued to receive several promotional e-mails. Why promote something so strongly that you don't actually have available?? Very very disappointed. This company should not be charging any money until they actually fulfill the order - like a lot of other companies do. Beware that you may be giving this company money for something that they don't actually have.
