After being in touch with a customer services representative 4 or 5 times, I’m still waiting for a returns label three weeks after the return was approved. I can’t print it, they said they would send one, I’ve asked 3 times to be referred to a supervisor and I’ve told them 3 times I have no access to print.I’ll be initiating a charge back on my credit card as the product has been unusable for more than 3 weeks and I have not been provided with a valid means of return. I have not had a response to an email sent 3 days ago. I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with a company that is so poor at after care.
