I ordered my device in November after a few months the device stopped working I reported the issue and was asked to send a video. I was then sent a new device which I was happy about, the device came and the new device would not work. Contacted customer services again and advised the new device wasn't working. The customer service rep apologized and said she would send a third device. Very low confidence in the quality of the product for the price and requested a refund. Was advised I can't get a refund as it's over the 90 days, the customer service rep advise I could gift a new device to a friend.? I advised I didn't want a new device and as it's within the 12 months warranty and I haven't been able to use the laser within a few months I'd like a refund. I now haven't had any reply from the customer service team? So no working devices and no refund. Shocking
