One star because I have to put something to review. Worst customer experience I have ever encountered, please avoid!!4 Jan: I emailed to say I had received and was charged for 2 devices (one in error) and needed to send one back. Received auto response saying they’d be back in touch within 24 hours.8 Jan: after five more emails and live chats they finally responded. 11 Jan: they emailed to say they’ve sent a return label for USPS - I’m in Scotland!!!27 Jan: after 12 emails from me to NIRA, umpteen live chats and numerous unanswered phone calls, I received a Royal Mail label to return duplicate device. By this time I was so frustrated with their lack of customer service that I decided to send both devices back (neither had been unpackaged or used) as I wanted nothing to do with their products or company. 3 Feb: their UK office received receipt of my 2 returned devices. (I tracked it via Royal Mail and had delivery confirmed. They advise that refunds will take 7 days.10 Feb: no refund received. 10 Feb: again after countless emails, live chats and Facebook private messages, I have received a refund for both. Hallelujah I can now say good riddance to this hellish company and the stress of having any interactions with them ever again. Please avoid.
