I waited all day for the delivery, as it required a signature due to age restrictions. When I contacted customer service, they reached out to the delivery company and informed me that the package was lost and its whereabouts were unknown. Additionally, the item that was supposed to arrive the next day would not be available until a later date. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since all items were supposed to be in stock. I was disappointed by the lack of a genuine apology and would have appreciated some form of discount as a gesture. This experience has made me hesitant to use this service again.
