Just received a fridge delivery from XPO logistics and feel the need to tell tell you how helpful the delivery teamJohn and Lee were. Absolutely spot on service and really cheerful. A breath of fresh air to the usual delivery men I have encountered.
Order was largely a gift so not used but look great, better than expected. The glasses are lovely although I cannot stack the tumblers due to their design 'nobbles' but hey ho they look great.
DHL failed....
Someone near me got 4 packages delivered of my order over the last month. Customer service were great and always helped to quickly reorder the items yet somehow my order address and the delivery address remained incorrect. I gave up and asked for a refund.
Impressive fast shipping, I purchased chef whites for my granddaughter, and the 5 jackets are fantastic. However, since they're unisex (more of a men's fit), I need to hem all 5 pairs of trousers. Overall, good value.

The small dishes were fantastic, and I've always had a positive experience with the company. However, the delivery person was not careful when leaving them on the porch. Out of the 12 dishes I ordered, 4 at the bottom of the box were damaged. This isn't the company's fault, which is why I rated them five stars, but they should address this with their delivery team.
I placed an order online and was informed that most of it would arrive the next day, with the remaining items following the day after. I waited all day for the delivery, as it required a signature due to age restrictions. When I contacted customer service, they reached out to the delivery company and informed me that the package was lost and its whereabouts were unknown. Additionally, the item that was supposed to arrive the next day would not be available until a later date. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since all items were supposed to be in stock. I was disappointed by the lack of a genuine apology and would have appreciated some form of discount as a gesture. This experience has made me hesitant to use this service again.
Awful customer support. Unfortunately, their product claims are not trustworthy. I received the wrong item and the company refuses to acknowledge any problem. I've been passed between various support representatives. My request to escalate the issue has also been ignored, and they are just trying to direct me to their repair service, despite being the ones who provided the faulty item.
I recently purchased a hot water dispenser, and I am truly satisfied with my choice. I have been using similar products for years, but I found this model to offer better value while performing the same task. The construction feels robust, it heats effectively, and it’s very easy to operate. What impressed me the most is the warranty; the company provides a 2-year warranty compared to the 1-year warranty I received before. That added assurance is significant, especially for a product I use frequently. In summary, it's a fantastic product, offers great value, and I would gladly choose this brand again. Highly recommended!
