Nisbets provided us with some great customer service and support around the delivery of our most recent purchase.
Unfortunately their chosen delivery company did not.
It took a week for the item to be delivered, which wasn't ideal given that we were told it would be next work day delivery.
When the item was finally delivered it was to the wrong address so I had to go knocking on our neighbours doors (3) to find out where it had been delivered, as the proof of delivery photo was rubbish... not ideal.
I trust that NIsbets will be having some serious conversations with their chosen delivery company about the quality of their service/or lack of.
So all in all Nisbets are good company, great products but poor delivery service.
