the customer service dept really sucks. I' ve been on the phone with customer care for 45 min. I just want a receipt saying my account has been paid in full and is closed. They had the time to mail me a letter asking for left over amount from last year. But they dont send me a letter saying my account is paid in full. I want confirmation because you dont know they will come up with next
I am growing more and more frustrated with the company's apparent disregard and their inadequate management of the fob key replacement for my vehicle. They seem to intentionally overlook the signed agreement and provincial warranty regulations, while also failing to deliver an acceptable level of service.
I became an owner in 2015 and initially loved my vehicle, considering it one of the best I had owned. The experience at the seller was positive, making me feel valued and that my investment was worthwhile. My husband and I were so pleased that we decided to trade in for a new model and ended up purchasing two. However, my experience has turned sour. I wish I could rate it lower. I have significant regrets about my purchase due to poor service follow-up and a lack of accountability. I am extremely dissatisfied with my vehicle. The seller has shown minimal accountability while bombarding me with requests to complete surveys. Within the first two months of ownership, I experienced a malfunction where the system shut off while driving. Upon restarting, I was unable to shift into park. After taking it to the seller, they kept it for a day but couldn't replicate the issue. I was advised to return if it happened again. A few months later, the same problem occurred. They claimed it was a dead battery and replaced it. Although it worked for some time, the issue resurfaced when winter arrived. Recently, after the warranty expired and facing the same problem for the fourth time, they finally decided to conduct a more thorough diagnostic. Previously, they didn't perform this additional check, likely to avoid fixing the issue while it was still under warranty. After keeping the vehicle for six days, they concluded that the alternator was the issue. However, their diagnostics are questionable, and they seem to lack a thorough understanding of the vehicle's mechanics, relying solely on their computer systems. I am left with a vehicle that is malfunctioning again, and the seller is unwilling to assist with repair costs. I feel defeated and regretful about my decision. The seller seems more focused on profit than customer satisfaction. While I can understand that not every diagnostic is necessary initially, it is frustrating that they failed to address the problem until after the warranty had expired. I have lost hope of having a reliable vehicle and have lost faith in the seller. I regret my purchase and wish I could undo it. I hope others have a better experience than I did if they choose to buy a vehicle.

Hi, I drive a 2021 vehicle and I'm experiencing an issue with the parking sensor. I've been informed that it's a known issue that requires reprogramming, but there's been no recall. I was planning to purchase a new vehicle next year, but if this problem persists, I might consider switching to another brand.
I finally received a prorated cheque from the company, but I noticed a discrepancy in the dates. I was informed that the cheque was issued on October 30th, yet it was dated November 20th. This raises concerns about transparency in customer dealings.
I visited the seller for a warranty repair regarding the driver seat heating under my extended service plan. Unfortunately, the service department broke one of the seat bolts and wanted to charge me for an additional 4 to 6 hours of labor to fix it before even diagnosing the heated seat issue. All costs would be on me. Without a proper diagnosis, the extended service plan won't cover any replacement work, and the seller won't cover the diagnostic fees either—making the extended warranty feel like a waste.
A coworker received his ten-year anniversary gift last year, and I was looking forward to mine this year. However, I just found out that the program has been discontinued, leaving me with nothing for my milestone. Additionally, I had to fight for my five-year award, which was also mishandled. It's frustrating to feel undervalued after a decade of service.
I would rate them lower if possible. I bought a new vehicle in January, and the promised features were not operational due to battery issues. Despite numerous calls over seven months, I received no resolution. I learned during my first oil change that the issue was supposedly resolved long ago, contradicting what I was told. This has been a disappointing experience, and I feel misled. I plan to escalate this issue and advise others to consider more reliable options.
