This is my last review : i brought a new Nissan juke in 2023 on…I brought a new Nissan juke in 2023 on a pcp , after several weeks it broke down , Rac said it was the battery , Nissan changed it ,then the alternator since 2023 it has broke down on several times ,& been taken in , Rac are saying something is draining the battery very slowly ,he said it needs to be taken apart to find the fault , I’ve taken it in for diagnostic testing again , but it’s showing up nothing ,they are saying they no more then the Rac ! .The final straw came this morning I had a letter from Nissan finance to say I’ve declined to get my car diagnostic tested , it’s been done how many times , she informed me they can’t help until they find a problem , as it’s under warranty , I’m disgusted the way I’ve been treated , chasing Nissan for answers I’m paying for a car which is not fit for purpose , I’m frightened to travel a distance , just incase it goes again , I’ve had that many issues march is the last time it broke down , so I’m getting really nervous as it went for three months the last time it broke down .Date of experience: March 18, 2025 . I had a reply from Nissan to send over a private message via face book , which I did , and I would get reply within a few days , it’s been over two weeks now , not a word from anyone , it’s not good enough !!
