Let me start by saying i loved my Nissan Leaf.I have had a Nissan leaf for nearly three years on a PCP through Nissan finance. But buyer beware when i comes down to handing it back. They have hidden clauses that are basically abusive on the mileage that you agree to.They now want to charge a Pro rata mileage clause when i it came to giving it back early this clause is well hidden in the contract and not explained at the time of purchase and when i called the garage where i bought it they claimed to have never heard of it ever being in the contractAlso if you call Nissan customer services to complain about this they wash their hands of it and say its a separate company if this is the case then why are all letters from Nissan Finance i think that this is a easy way of saying its nothing to do with us.Also when the vehicle is inspected for collection they try to charge you £55 per scuff on an alloy. This on a car that is three years old i ask you who does not have a scuff or mark on a three year old alloy.Shame i will never ever drive an Nissan again and i will do my best to ensure that none of my friends or family ever do so again either. Also before i had all of this rubbish with them i contacted three official Nissan dealers to actually buy two Nissan leafs for my family and not one contacted me back not one and all you see every day is headlines that tell us people are not buying new cars this beggars belief when the official dealers dont even try and contact a customer who wishes to actually buy a car.Nissan get you act together and treat customers as customers not as numbers or fools.
