I've always had my car serviced since new at Worcester (now closed). On the last service they didn't register me for the RAC cover with the service and found out my renewal ended on 2.11.17. After chasing loads of times since Tuesday, the result? Oh, yes, we will register you for the remainder of the 6 weeks. It's now mid September and it ran out with the RAC last NOV! Thanks a lot. The thought of driving around for nearly a year without breakdown cover (Benjamin in customer services said RAC would have come to get me, you reckon?). What with that and when I first had my 1.2 Acenta Premium petrol 64 plate juke from new, the batteries Nissa put in them aren't powerful enough and until it failed to start 3 times, the dealer was not allowed to replace FOC until it fails 3 times. Not much use when you are a carer and have my own business when I'm late. I love my Juke, I really do, it's the only car I've ever bought from brand new. But the way I was treated has been very poor, very time consuming, and aggravating. When I first asked for the RAC cover on Tuesday this week, all I wanted was the cover I paid for within the service cost (a lot higher than a regular Nissan approved garage), a years cover. I've FB messaged them and informed customers services before the end of my claim that I would be doing online reviews. Didn't make any difference. All that for what? I bet the cover with RAC doesn't even cost them much. We will never know if I called RAC on a breakdown if they would come or not will we?
