I am extremely disappointed with Nissan North America. My 2016 Nissan Rogue suffered a complete transmission failure at only 93,000 miles despite regular maintenance.
This is not an isolated incident—it is a well-known, widespread issue with defective transmissions affecting many Nissan customers. It is unacceptable that a major automaker continues to deny responsibility while customers are left with thousands of dollars in repair costs.
Nissan has refused to provide any meaningful support or accountability, which shows a clear lack of responsibility for a known defect. I strongly warn others to avoid Nissan vehicles with CVT transmission issues unless the company steps up and addresses this problem properly.
