Many employees chose to stay with this company, believing in its potential under new leadership, despite being offered positions elsewhere. I will always view this organization as subpar and will not support it again, even though I was once convinced to give it a chance. I'm sure this feedback will be removed while the company maintains its facade.

This service exemplifies corporate greed and a lack of care for customers. I encountered unjust charges, and when I raised my concerns, they showed no willingness to assist. Instead, they quickly escalated the matter to collections, disregarding the truth and customer welfare. It's no surprise that the company is reportedly facing financial struggles; when customers are treated poorly, trust erodes, and they take their business elsewhere. Their focus seems solely on profit, not ethics. I will not trust them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
I will never return! After 15+ years as a customer, my recent experience was the worst. Shortly after my warranty expired, my rear door locks failed. Upon visiting the dealer for routine maintenance, I was informed that I would need to pay for a diagnosis, with no guarantee of reimbursement for repairs. My enthusiasm for this brand has diminished significantly due to this experience, as I’ve discovered that quality has declined.
I am owed a $4000 refund for canceling a warranty in my service agreement. After nearly five months of waiting, I still have not received my refund. I may need to visit in person, which is frustrating. Despite their assurances that the money would be in my account, nothing has appeared. I expect my refund for the canceled service on a new vehicle without complications.
