I have a Nite MX10 for some years now. During the pandemic the bracelet broke and then the watch stopped working. I left it sat on the dressing table sometime before getting in touch with Nite. I emailed them some photos and a description. The response was very quick and helpful. The watch was duly sent to them, they appraised the situation and informed me of the cost. I paid as requested the fee for a service and new battery and the bracelet was repaired at no extra charge! The watch was despatched when their testing was completed. Excellent service and kept me informed throughout. Thank you.
