My watch, after eight years of continuous wear and rugged use, began to lose time. I reached out to the service team, anticipating the usual response of it being too old or unrepairable. However, the reality was quite the opposite; their email replies were prompt and detailed. I sent my watch back, and within 24 hours, I received a report and a reasonable repair cost. I made the payment online the same day, and my watch was cleaned, serviced, and returned within 48 hours—truly excellent service. Here’s to another eight years of use from my watch!
