Funds have been held for more than a week! I wanted to send a small amount to a friend using bitcoin from this platform. The exchange address I used was previously on their site, and there’s no connection between my account and the other user. The company is aware of this but keeps asking irrelevant questions. This is frustrating, especially since I deposited over $600 this January with no withdrawal requests. I will not use this site again.
