You might get a quicker response from a bigger company but you certainly won't get the same level of technical knowledge in replies and likely will be hit with frustrating boilerplate responses.Jordan is very knowledgable and always happy to help. Jordan is also very responsive to tickets.Pricing is extremely reasonable and they're willing to work with customers to meet their unique needs should it be web hosting configuration on the backend, installing additional PHP packages, or setting up custom startup commands for a Minecraft server.I'll continue to use Nitrous!
