Yesterday I decided to try Nitrous Networks, after reading the reviews on TrustPilot and wanting to switch from my previous provider of ARK servers. I spoke to Curtis via livechat first, and he helped me set up a 3 day trial of cluster servers and he was super helpful, answering all my questions in a timely manner and just being really professional. Curtis also helped me with setting my saved games up properly and getting the mods to work after I wrote a ticket using the ticket submission system.The customer service has been absolutely outstanding and I'm so happy that I decided to take a chance and switch. I know the servers are pricier than what I'm used to from previous hosts, but I'm getting so much value for the money that it's totally worth it. As for how my servers are running, everything is running very smoothly (I use 18 mods) and the structures load very fast, unlike with my previous provider where I had to stand still for up to a minute sometimes before I could move at all. Thanks again for all the help and I'm looking forward to setting up more servers with you in the future!
