My favorite part of NN's service so far has been the amazing staff. I requested a certain addon to be included in the Mod Manager and the team made it available. I asked to have my game server switched to a certain beta branch and they set me right up. They are so friendly and helpful I just feel like they are excited about the work they do and the service they provide. That means the world to me because I know very little about running a server and NN makes it so easy and enjoyable.I think their rates are very fair and they are flexible... I just choose however many slots I can afford and it works perfectly for me.Their TCAdmin panel is simple and robust. I have access to rcon, a command-line editor tool and a file manager, which are the bulk of my needs, but they have more tools as well. I can also connect via FTP if needed. Scheduled tasks, like a nightly automatic restart, are very easy to set up.I'm not sure what else to say but I'm really happy I found NN. I'll have been with them five years on Jan 29th of this year and I'm looking forward to more years to come.
