Ive used Nitrous Networks for 5-6 years and never have I ever really had a non easy issue, but when I did the support has always been amazing and gracious..Imagine my surprise when I bought a Rust server, started getting a lot of issues such as missing files, outdated plugins in their mod manager, steam updating the server makes it more updated than any other rust client can be yet, and I contacted support where they have been unable to help with any of those mentioned issues.Im honestly dissappointed in the Host more and more, feels like they are losing their touch in this once awesome Host.. therefor 2 stars and not 1, because this was once really really great but the last couple of years they have sunk more and more sadly, especially with their support...
