I requested a refund and to cancel my service the month before last due to the server not living up to what was requested, they *refused* to refund breaking UK Law. They have now charged me ONCE AGAIN, for another month of service that I did not want.Untill they refund both of these illegal charges and admit to their mistakes do not trust this company.
