I ordered a bracelet for my son, and my only complaint is the delay with delivery. However, I contacted Chris on email, and he communicated regularly with me (even on weekends). I was sceptical at first but Chris managed to set my mind at ease. The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. The engraving is well done. I am happy, and would recommend this, just give enough time for delivery (approximately 14 days).
