They sell jewelry for over 10 times more than on Temu, and it's exactly the same thing you'll find on Temu. It's a scam site that claims to sell real gold. I don't know if you'll find a gold bracelet for €2 on Temu, but they sell the exact same one for €25.
Ordered the item on 2/8 for valentines. Paid express shipping. It’s 2/23 and the item has not arrived. I checked the order and the credit card they put in the order does not match the last 4 of the credit card i used. I think it’s their way to confuse the consumer. It confused me. I kept looking for the credit card I supposedly used using the last 4 digits in the email receipt. That card number does not exist. I went through all of my credit card apps and finally found the charge. I disputed it and my credit card will be issuing a refund. Beware of this scam. If the item arrives, i will not pay it. It’s way pass valentine’s day. The moment has passed.

Ordered bracelets with the infinity knot and initials of me and my fiance. They are nothing like the pictures. Don't even have our i initials. They literally are super thin, generic, and look like they cost $1.00. I maybe could have overlooked the not having our initials but these bracelets look NOTHING like they advertise. Could have got them on Temu and not paid $35. These people are scam artists. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money.
Yeah, apparently there’s no response to emails. I ordered something at the beginning of January. I’ve sent two different emails. I’ve had no response but they sure as hell. Take your money pretty quick. Which is upsetting. Because there’s no way to get in contact with anybody. It’s definitely a scam. So anybody that’s trying to buy something definitely don’t do it. Like I said, they’re pretty quick to take your money, but they do not answer you at all, so I’ll just continue to buy my products in the United States where I know it’s trustworthy.
Avoid. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from Nivora. Items are shipped from China (despite operating under Nivora UK and Nivora DE etc) so even with premium express shipping (costing £9.99) orders take nearly 3 weeks. Since the items arrived (which were not good quality) i have contacted the company twice asking how I return the items and there has been radio silence. Awful experience. UPDATE: they have finally replied to say they don’t accept returns or offer refunds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
