I am extremely disappointed with the company for abruptly altering their storage policy. They promoted unlimited storage at the time of purchase, and we were very satisfied customers. However, in 2025, the photos I had shared with family were suddenly locked behind a paywall. I can't send any new photos without a subscription, and many previously sent photos are now inaccessible. We invested in an 'unlimited' frame, and now that the grandparents love it, they're being asked to pay as well. The most frustrating part is that my mom did pay for the upgraded subscription, but I don't even have a frame, yet I am required to pay to send her new photos. This feels like a scam, and I am deeply disappointed.
