I have been using the digital frame for years but had never subscribed to the annual membership. When I eventually decided to do so, I missed the small print stating that the "activation link was sent to the email on file." It turned out to be entirely my mistake. Fortunately, the support team was able to resolve everything!
I have three frames: two for myself and one for a sister. I'm the only one who can upload photos. Unfortunately, I've just lost my third album, and all my friends' photos are missing. Two other albums disappeared last year. I reached out to the support team, but they couldn't find any issues or recover my lost albums. With this third loss, I feel really frustrated. I am extremely disappointed with the company for abruptly altering their storage policy. They promoted unlimited storage at the time of purchase, and we were very satisfied customers. However, in 2025, the photos I had shared with family were suddenly locked behind a paywall. I can't send any new photos without a subscription, and many previously sent photos are now inaccessible. We invested in an 'unlimited' frame, and now that the grandparents love it, they're being asked to pay as well. The most frustrating part is that my mom did pay for the upgraded subscription, but I don't even have a frame, yet I am required to pay to send her new photos. This feels like a scam, and I am deeply disappointed.
JD provided fantastic support and was very helpful. However, I'm not satisfied with the customer service experience. I would prefer having a phone number to speak directly with someone. While the chat option was available, it felt quite cumbersome. I reached out via email with my details, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a callback, which was disappointing. There is a clear need for better technical support options.
