I have three frames: two for myself and one for a sister. I'm the only one who can upload photos. Unfortunately, I've just lost my third album, and all my friends' photos are missing. Two other albums disappeared last year. I reached out to the support team, but they couldn't find any issues or recover my lost albums. With this third loss, I feel really frustrated. Has anyone else faced this problem? I won’t be purchasing another frame from them or recommending this service.
