When I arrived at 1 in the morning to collect my car. I had already taken out premium insurance via easyJet but had premium insurance forced upon the lady. She then told me to go and wait in the office which I felt was a little strange. I want back to check on her after waiting a while for the checks. She then showed me a mark on the rim of the car. I definitely did not hit anything and the mark looked as fresh as can be. I think she keyed the cars rim so that they could put on a charge. I was charged €280 euros for a tiny scratch. Which I repeat I don't think was me. I think they are scamming people due to seeing other reviews. The customers in the mini bus with us on our way to the airport also had been charged €350
