I can confirm the other bad ratings. My domain was frozen, too. Without any reason or notification before, my website went offline because they blocked my domain and wanted me to do a verification by sending them personal documents and my passport. I did this verification because i didn't want to loose my domain and right after they have reactivated my domain i moved it away to another registrar. Never again.
