The sales rep who sold me the car promised, as part of the sale, that they would include a service and repair a number of scratches. When I collected the car, the service had not been carried out and not all of the scratches had been repaired. This meant I had to revisit and sit for two hours while they finally completed the scratch work.All staff backed the sales rep (Ali) even though he admitted to promising the service, and because it wasn’t in writing, they told me there was nothing they could do.When complaining to the manager, Simon, all he did was offer me the option to purchase a service plan, which would cost more than a local KIA dealership (great customer service). To add insult to injury, five weeks after the purchase I received an email telling me the service was due and asking if I would like to book the car in to have this carried out (talk about rubbing salt into the wound).All I can recommend is that if you deal with this garage, make sure everything is in writing and do not pay for the car until you are completely satisfied with everything.
