I purchased a second hand car back in August 2025. On the test drive there was a knock, which we were assured would be sorted before we collected, after a service. Once collected the knock persisted. After returning at least 3 times, countless phone calls, lots of chasing and finally a new steering rack, the car is fixed. This was January 2026.The 3 month warranty was up and I'd barely had the car so requested a fresh warranty. We've been courteous, understanding and polite throughout. Sadly we were given excuse after excuse as to why we were waiting for the new warranty. Finally after considering contacting Trading Standards because we felt we'd come to the end of the road, they issued the warranty.The sale was very smooth but the aftercare a very steep, upward struggle.Such a shame because the staff were very pleasant.
