After looking for a new car for several months, I felt like it was never going to happen. Until i walked into NK Motors, Chilwell. No pushy, irritating salesmen surrounding us, no fake friendliness and obnoxious tone - just genuinely amazing people who were happy to help with anything. We met Ben within a few minutes of walking onto the forecourt - and lets say the rest is history! Despite the downpours of rain, Ben was happy to go through what we were looking for, what we wanted for a deal and then even told us about cars available so we didnt have to continue standing in the rain. After finding a potential - the car was brought to the doors so we could test drive. 1 test drive later, fantastic deals - I picked up my new car today. And this was the best choice I have made in a long time. The entire process could not have been any easier and smoother. Even when I got a call to say there was a slight issue (its a used car, so can happen) - the part was already on order and plan in place to repair before they even called me. Overall - I am extremely pleased with my recent purchase and experience and would 100% recommend this team to anyone looking for a new or used car.
