Good customer service after a failed delivery by Chronopost / DPD.Package was confirmed to be delivered at the delivery point, but 1 day later confirmed to be returned to the warehouse... Hardloop did a good job on offering to have it sent directly to my address instead of the delivery point. Now awaiting the new delivery.
