Beware of duty charges from DPD

I ordered a jacket which seemed like a fantastic price, delivery was free for over purchases £150 & supposed to be Friday, I've started getting text messages from DPD asking for duty charges, it's nearly £60 on top of what I've paid already, if I'd known how much duty charges were going to be I'd have ordered the jacket locally & it would have been the same price.
