Ordered a pair of mountaineering gloves. Got a message about a week later that the gloves were completely out of stock. A week later? Why a week later? They sent me a 10% off coupon to "make up for this". 10%? I can get this anywhere. Sent them a review about this issue, no reply. They do NOT care about their customers.So nice that I have to find an alternative to this now only 2 days before my mountaineering trip! Thanks!
