I ordered these shoes on 7th Jan. They were supposed to be delivered on 10th Jan. However, the email I received showed that due to bad weather..there might be some delay. It initially showed that delivery will be done by dpd..but it seems some french delivery service called chronopost is also involved. Anyways on 15th I got a message that chronopost attempted a delivery vut couldn't as the address was incorrect.. my address was correctly updated during the purchase, however on chronopost website, my house number is missing. It was difficult to reach out to chronopost to update the address..as to find support in English, im connected to them via FB messenger. The support person responds after 3-4 hours if you are lucky..and then goes unavailable again. It is frustrating.
