Overall a good experience: very good price, item arrived in perfect shape, and the delivery period announced (2-3 weeks after purchase) has been respected.Less good: absolutely no communication from Hardloop after paying on their site. You're not sure your order has been registered, and you hear nothing at all from them during the weeks before delivery. Makes you anxious as it was a critical piece of mountaineering equipment.
