This is exactly what you dont want. The website says it can deliver in a few days. I made the order, paid the money but:- no confirmation at all via mail. The "your orders" tab on the website is empty- no proper customer service. Only able to fill in some form. The company has a phone number but no one answers- Although customer service via mail may work for some companies. As a customer you want to get a response quickly. If you cannot respond quickly and dont have your shit together website wise, you shouldnt promise quick delivery times as a company, because if something goes wrong its very annoying for the customer- I am also not able to cancel any order, because there is no order. At this point I would love to just order somewhere else, but I have 0 information- what on earth is this stupid message bot on the website. I was finally hoping to speak to someone, and I just get back "I am a bot :)", is this a joke? A low quality bot is not a replacement for normal high quality customer service
