One jacket required about a month to arrive, but this was clearly indicated in the product listing, so there were no surprises.Customer communication can be a bit slow (+/- days for a response), but when I contacted them about a purchase, they were professional and provided all the necessary information. The return process was also well-organized: I received clear email updates at every step, and my refund was processed correctly within about 20 days.Additionally, they use Alma, a payment system far superior to Klarna, which allows purchases to be split into up to four installments.Overall, I highly recommend this company.
