I ordered on 1 nov. and the delivery was estimated 17-18 nov. Then I get an email which says the delivery was failed because of a wrong address. But i checked and i did put in RIGHT address. Also it is unclear which company is responsible. Chronopost or DPD. I tried to contact Chronopost but I did not get any answer and DPD said to contact Chronopost.More people seems to have this problem. I hope Hardloop, Chronopost and DPD can solve this.
